Qualification: Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (University of New South Wales)

Hi, I’m Bianca and I am the newest exercise physiologist at Active Ability! I started in June of 2019 and have hit the ground running, seeing clients in the Hills area of Sydney!

Things I like to do to relax and de-stress are going for coastal walks on the weekend, listening to music while doing a puzzle, chilling with my dog and going out to eat with friends.

I have always loved being active and value the importance of exercise for my mental and physical health. Since I was young I’ve played badminton, loved to sprint and skied at the snow every year. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve tried dancing, ultimate frisbee and started training at a gym. At the moment I keep myself up and going by playing basketball, swimming, snowboarding and boxing. I love the variety of fun activities there are to keep you moving and active.

Working in disability is a way to challenge and humble myself. I aim to use the knowledge I’ve gained and the skills I’ve learnt to help others live their lives as independently as they can. I want my clients to increase their confidence in themselves and to know that they can achieve whatever they put their mind to, knowing that the body and mind are connected.

I really hope we get to work together to achieve your goals!
