Maddie Cornwall - a Dietitian for Active Ability

Hi, I’m Ashleigh and I am an Exercise Physiologist!

I am a new addition to the Active Ability Team on the Sunshine Coast. I am excited to be a part of a likeminded team that shares a passion for health.

I became an Exercise Physiologist as I am passionate about making a real change in the world of health. I wish to educate and help others understand that exercise and nutrition can be a major part of the health solution. I believe in creating a holistic journey for the mind, the body and the soul.

I live a healthy and active lifestyle and practice what I preach. This has been inspired by being a Sunny Coast local. Rising with the sun, spending time in the ocean, walking along the beach and working out are all part of my being. I also love to immerse myself in a good book and enjoy playing the guitar.

I am new to the industry. However, I have been fortunate to be exposed to a multitude of conditions on my placements. Some of these conditions included Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Brain Injuries, Epilepsy, Functional Neurological Disorders and Strokes. This quickly became my area of interest.

I provide Active Ability’s mobile Exercise Physiology services to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland area.

I travel from Caloundra to Noosa and out to Melany.

I look forward to building valuable connections, being a part of your journey and achieving your goals.
