Amy Cordwell – Dietitian

I grew up in the more regional areas of the Sunshine Coast, living on a cattle farm. I am not afraid to get down and dirty to get the job done. I have been involved in dancing for most of my life, and still use dance as an outlet. I have recently found a love for the gym and gardening in my off time.

My passion has always been to help those around me, as a dietitian I am able to do that by sharing my knowledge and skills with people of all backgrounds. I aim to inspire my clients to use food and nutrition to improve their health and well-being, whilst still having supported control over their goals. I have experience working with a range of people, through a number of modes.

I provide Active Ability’s mobile Dietetic services to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Area. I am located in the Nambour area, and happy to travel as far north as Noosa, as south as Sippy Downs, including the more regional towns further west and the hinterland!”
